10. Personalised Registration Services
Where personalised registration services are offered:
- Registration availability cannot be guaranteed until confirmed.
- Any DVLA fees will be clearly identified separately from our own charges.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they are legally entitled to assign or use a registration mark.
- Registration transfers remain subject to DVLA rules and procedures.
DVLA is a registered trademark of the Driver & Vehicle Licensing Agency.
NI Plate Company is not affiliated with the DVLA or DVLA Personalised Registrations.
11. Customer Responsibilities
